From day one, Rachael, who answered the phone when I called was a great confirmation that I made a good choice calling! Rachael answered my questions, described the area, informed me how at times there are social activities. The energy Rachael has is welcoming. I had to call back with a few more questions and spoke with Maribel. Maribel delivers great positive energy. After speaking with Rachael and Maribel, it was time to set the appointment and see the apartment. I’m from North NJ and took the ride to PA. Not one regret! Glad I made the trip. I met with Alessandra. Alessandra was so pleasant and attentive. She answered all my additional questions and walked me around and briefly describe each section we visit. WOW! The service provided at Woodmont Place! Talk about customer service: Rachael will follow up with me, how I’m doing and how things are going. This confirms how you are welcomed! Outstanding! Now my move was pending due to the sale of my home. My closing day was pushed further indefinitely due to the coronavirus crises. I was worried because of my move in date. I called hysterical, thinking I was speaking with Rachael and it’s when Athena Introduce herself. An Amazing Person! She let me cry, vent and when I was done and asked what can I do or any suggestions because I have no idea what is next? Athena found a solution. This was my first time speaking with Athena. I was not in a good frame of mind, the whole coronavirus, my closing not going well… Athena gave me the time! Athena was patient, understanding, and caring!! Again, the service here is remarkable. In only a short amount of time, you make friends! You totally feel welcomed and experience a family environment! The overall customer service is phenomenally outstanding!!!!!
